Starter Activity

Students should revise their use of beat boxes using the hoops and jumping different patterns. Students can help by writing their own rhythms and having other students jump them.

The student should play their tambourines on the 1st and 3rd beat for the duration of the verses, and then on every beat for the chorus (plus a cha cha cha after the 2nd and 4th lines).

Conclusion

If there is time, play Bee Bee Bumblebee. Students who didn't have a turn last week should let the teacher know if they wish for a turn this week.

Have students line up at the door and dismiss them.
